Kindy Uplift Consultation and Coaching

An experienced speech pathologist or occupational therapist can visit your facility to offer in‑class support and consultation.

 

Step 1: A consult with our experienced clinician to identify areas for learning

 

Step 2: Two hour centre visit

  • group observations 

  • modelling strategies in the classroom 

  • talking with educators about current supports and any extra skill‑building needed.

 

Step 3: A written support summary with strategies and resources to implement

 

Step 4: Return visit to consolidate and expand on developing skills and knowledge

Kindy Uplift Professional Learning Packages

Option 1 — Learn

Choose ONE professional learning session PLUS

  • Pre-workshop consultation.

  • Digital educator resource pack.

  • Learning objectives and brief feedback evaluation.

Option 2 — Learn and Implement

(Recommended)

Everything in Option 1 PLUS

  • A follow-up coaching session.

  • Team implementation plan.

  • Review of educator confidence and strategy use.

  • Written outcomes summary.

Option 3 — Practice Partnership

  • Initial consultation and needs analysis.

  • Two or more tailored professional learning sessions.

  • Follow-up coaching and collaborative planning.

  • Educator resources and implementation support.

  • Midpoint review and final evaluation summary.
