$145 per session Our group therapy programs (Food Explorers, Literacy Intervention, Lego Builders, Social Skills, Anxiety, Handwriting and Fine Motor Groups) run on a rotational basis during Queensland public school terms. Groups operate with small numbers (typically 2-4 children) and are billed following NDIS guidelines, including both direct contact time per therapist per group and non-contact time per client. Please note that 'Prep for Prep' groups are longer than typical groups and are priced differently. Professional learning workshops are tailored to suit the needs of the childcare centre, school, or OSHC. Workshops are currently offered as a 90-minute session, including two presenting therapists, handouts, and questions. This format is priced at $499 + gst per workshop. Workshops or education sessions that are tailored towards families are also available to be presented from your location. AHA sessions are a cost-effective way to support your child’s progress. Sessions are carried out by our AHAs, implementing strategies developed as part of the therapy plans produced by our qualified Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. AHA Therapy Plan: Created by our certified Speech Pathologists/ Occupational Therapists, therapy plans are billed at the standard clinician rate of $193.99 per hour. AHA Session Rates: • 30-minute AHA therapy session: $70 (Mobile rate: $95) • 45-minute AHA therapy session: $95 (Mobile rate: $120) • 30-minute AHA prep/readiness session: $70 (Mobile rate: $95) Please check with us to confirm session availability and suitability.

$193.99 per hour The time required to produce reports varies from child to child depending on needs and support. To ensure the most cost effective solution for your needs, reports are estimated, quoted and agreed upon with families, and charged on an hourly basis. Standard Reports Standard speech pathology reports typically cost between $190 and $380. These reports usually focus on one area of difficulty and include assessment data and recommendations. Standard reports are generally completed within two weeks. Comprehensive Reports Comprehensive reports are more detailed and often used for school-age language and literacy assessments, or for diagnosis and funding purposes such as the NDIS. These reports require more time and may cost significantly more, depending on your child’s needs and the assessment tools involved. As such pricing for comprehensive reports are quoted based on how much time and detail the report requires. Turnaround time is usually up to four weeks, though it may be longer in some cases. In all instances, your clinician will work with you to help identify the most cost effective solution to meet your goals.

From $70 A single-page letter to a doctor or school is available upon request. This type of letter usually does not include detailed assessment data, but instead provides our initial impressions and recommendations following your child’s first appointment. It is often used to support referrals. If more detailed letters or additional correspondence are required, these will be charged at our standard reporting rate of $193.99 per hour. Your clinician will discuss any costs with you in advance.

From $48.49 Meetings with parents, carers, or educators, including phone and online consultations, are charged at $193.99 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Please note that this applies to scheduled meetings only that exceed 15 minutes, and does not include natural discussions with parents or carers that take place as part of regular therapy sessions.

We are proud of our relationships within the community and continue to offer travel to local schools and daycare centres within a 15 minute travel radius of the clinic. Travel is billed according to the current NDIS guidelines at a rate of $96.99 per hour, and billed in ten minute increments. The maximum travel charge of $48.49 is for 30 minutes travel (15 minutes each way). It is a requirement that any mobile sessions are paid for on the day and this is facilitated by an arranged direct deposit plan/stored card details.
