Keira is a registered Occupational Therapist who enjoys working alongside children, young people, and their families to help each child reach their full potential. She has experience supporting children in both school and community settings and believes that therapy works best when goals are meaningful to the child and their family.

Keira focuses on building children’s independence in their everyday activities through therapy that is fun, engaging, and motivating. She has completed additional training in DIR® Floortime and Occupational Performance Coaching, allowing her to tailor her approach to each child’s unique strengths, interests, and family priorities.

Keira supports children and young people in areas such as self-care skills, school readiness, social and play skills, emotional regulation, sensory processing, handwriting, and executive functioning.

When she’s not at work, Keira enjoys spending time with her friends and family, travelling, and getting lost in a good book.
