Erin is a registered Music Therapist with seven years of experience working with children and adolescents across healthcare, education, and private practice settings. She holds a Master of Music Therapy from the University of Melbourne and brings a compassionate, play-based approach to her work.
Erin has a special interest in supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of young people. Much of her career has been spent in paediatric hospital settings, where she has used music and creative expression to help children and adolescents cope, connect, and thrive.
Erin works in a neurodiversity-affirming and family-centred way. She is passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where every child feels empowered to explore their identity, express themselves, and build on their unique strengths.
She has recently completed additional training in AutPlay Therapy, a neurodiversity-affirming framework that integrates play therapy approaches for neurodivergent children and their families.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys singing in a choir, heading off on spontaneous road trips, and spending time with her family—including her cheeky cat, Gus.
